As we are all unique individuals on an exploratory path, portraiture has a special place in photography as perhaps the ultimate embodiment of connection between an individual’s articulation and a photographers interpretation. It is always an expression of creativity and storytelling within the boundary of the subject, so I find it a telling and rewarding discipline to both create and view as a photographer.
